Better Business Food Consultants Ltd are based in South Wales. We offer bespoke food hygiene advice/training in order to improve Food Hygiene Ratings. Display of Food Hygiene Ratings are becoming compulsory to all food businesses within the scheme, which will have a detrimental effect on businesses with a low food hygiene rating. The consultancy is managed by Mark Lee and Rhian Cater. Both directors are qualified Environmental Health Officers and currently working for Local Authority.
