I am truly passionate about baking and about designing cakes. I have spent a long time developing skills, and I am confident that all my customers will be delighted with their Delicious Design. All the cakes are made freshly to order, are unique and encourage me to keep learning - and I do so love a challenge. My repertoire includes hand made birthday, Christening, Wedding, Celebration cakes and Novelty cakes. There is a selection of cake decoration styles involving fondant, buttercream and rich chocolate ganache, and also cake flavours such as vanilla madeira cake, lemon drizzle cake, carrot cake, a particularly popular chocolate fudge cake, rich fruit cake and lastly the ever popular Victoria sponge. I have spent time considering what I use to make my cakes, and perfecting recipes. So if at all possible I use fairtrade, free range and other ethically produced supplies.
