Control Panel Manufacture
The pinnacle of our business, we believe is our control panel and control system design and manufacture. Designed and built in the UK, we can build control panels with push button contacts through to full PLC control. Manufactured to perform almost any function, our control panels are usually custom made to the customers specification. We usually attend site on a free consultation to discuss your requirements and acquire any information necessary to perform the task. Once all of the information is at hand, a full quotation will be issued with a breakdown of the project. This helps us to ensure we are doing what you are asking plus it also helps you see exactly what you will get.. Customers can choose from custom fascias and have complete control of the design, or allow us to design and manufacture the control panel on your behalf. This can be to replace an old end of life control panel, or a completely new control panel for a new application. As the customer, you have complete control over your order. Things like manufacturer preference (eg Schneider electric, Omron etc), paint colour, services location, additional features and so on. Full CAD drawings are provided with each control panel. These can be in hard form (ie paper copy) or as an electronic version (ie CD Rom) or both. The choice is completely yours. Delivery times: From placement of order we are usually able to turn around any panel within 2 weeks.
