How do I book a transfer with TAS Taxis & Airport Transfers?
You can book directly through our online booking system, via our mobile app, or by calling our customer support team.
Are your prices fixed, or do you use a meter?
All transfers are booked at a flat, guaranteed fixed rate. The price quoted during booking is what you pay—there are no surge charges, traffic delays fees, or hidden extra costs.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights in real time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your pickup time is automatically adjusted at no additional charge.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
If you select our Meet & Greet service, your driver will wait inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. For kerbside pickups, your driver will contact you via SMS or call with vehicle registration details once you land.
How much complimentary waiting time do I get?
Airport Pickups: 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from when your flight actually lands.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes standard saloons, estate cars (extra luggage space), executive sedans, and MPVs/minibuses (up to 8 seats) for larger groups.
Can you accommodate wheelchair users or extra luggage?
We offer accessible vehicles and large-capacity MPVs for oversized luggage (e.g., golf bags, skis, or foldable wheelchairs). Select your luggage requirements during booking so we allocate the appropriate vehicle class.
