Bill first joined the board of Volunteering Fife East in 1996 and subsequently remained as Treasurer when the organisations merged to form Volunteer Centre Fife Our vision is a Fife where volunteering is universally valued and recognised with the overwhelming majority of people choosing to volunteer and having a fulfilling and worthwhile experience.
