Postnatal Doula
The postnatal service lasts for 6 to 8 weeks. It can start either when you get home from hospital (if that is where you chose to have your baby) or at home. Depending on your needs I would come to your home 2 or 3 times per week for a minimum of 3 hours at a time. Whilst at your home I can help with any of the following: Addressing concerns you may have with caring for you baby Breastfeeding support Looking after your other children Preparing the evening meal Light housework Providing adult companionship Running errands etc. I abide by the Nurturing Birth code of practice
