APM Introduction to Project Management
This course is designed for those new to working in projects, or non-project staff who desire an appreciation of the project environment and project management terminology. This Association for Project Management (APM) accredited course follows the syllabus requirements of the APM Introductory Certificate and is designed to clarify and explain the basic aspects of a project and project management in order for participants to gain confidence in their project environment. It will help individuals to recognise the key aspects of a project and the importance of their role within it. The contents of the course are structured to follow a typical project lifecycle- from Concept through Definition and Implementation to Handover and Closeout.
