PMI Management Professional
This course is designed for project managers, project team members, other managers and all those who would benefit from exposure to best practice in project management. The course which has been accredited by The Project Management Institute (PMI) aims to provide a forum for Project Managers and members of project teams to gain exposure to Best Practice in Project Management in its broadest sense. Using the professional standard of the PMI as the basis for the program, the topics are addressed by demonstrating best practices and applying these to a simulation project.
