Living Well Trust provides a holistic model that accepts, supports and empowers vulnerable young people and adults. Established 16 years ago in Carlisle, Living Well Trust now works in 20 locations across England, delivering outreach, mentoring and education programmes in sports and the arts.We work with a wide range of individuals and groups, including offenders, excluded young people and those living in the poorest area of the country.
