CD Replication
We can offer extensive CD replication services if you require them, with CD replication being perfect if you are in need of large numbers of copies. Smaller numbers of copies (500 or less) may be better suited to CD duplication. Your data is converted into a stamper, and liquid plastic is injected into the mould cavity to produce a 1.2mm solid polycarbonate disc that is an exact reverse replica of the stamper. This disc is then metalised, which forms the reflective surface of the disc. Then, a layer of UV lacquer is applied and passed under a UV lamp to produce a 1.2mm bonded disc. The disc is then thoroughly inspected to ensure it is within specification, and then stacked on a spindle to be quality controlled before being printed and packaged.
