Photography for Estate Agents
In the course of a day performing Domestic Energy Assessments, easily in excess of 100 photographs can be taken, as these are required as part of the auditing process, it's better to have too many than too few photographs for the auditor! This repetition leads to competency in photography, and together with a course of study geared towards Estate Agency Photography in particular, gives us the ability to offer you good quality Estate Agency Photography at reasonable cost. We use a 12 Mp Super-Wide 25mm Focal Length camera with a Leica lens, which takes great quality shots, samples of which can be seen in the right-hand panel.We politely advise your client when arranging the appointment about clearing away any clutter in particular from the Bathroom and Kitchen Areas, but on the day, we will happily move wheelie bins, and any other clutter, untidy wires, wipe dusty surfaces etc. We will take our time to get it right.
