There are certain interviews and meetings that HR has to preside over, where a recording and transcript of everything that is said is far more preferable to a set of Minutes. These meetings often become very emotive, meaning that while someone making notes may miss an important point, a recording will ensure it is captured. The interviews we have been hired to transcribe include employee review, grievance, disciplinary, appeals and termination of employment.
