Toolmakers
At RGE Group we have been making precision mould tools for 50 years. It is where we began. We are a trusted partner working with our customers on more than 400 injection mould tooling projects per year. To date, we have produced over 10,000 plastic injection moulding tools over 1 tonne in size and have the capacity and expertise to produce tools up to 15 tonnes. Our experience and expertise in this arena, means we are able to manufacture injection mould tooling with multiple cavities, gas injection, fast cycling, bi-injection and over moulding moulds. All our tools are made in conjunction with our design and engineering teams and are tried and tested before release to ensure they meet your specifications and are manufactured to the highest possible quality and accuracy every time.
Product Design
We have invested heavily in our product and design, research and development facilities to master concept plastic design techniques and provide you with the most efficient and effective plastic parts and tools possible. At RGE Group, attention to detail is paramount. Many of our product design projects involve concept component design. We have dedicated product design engineers with a range of in-house software packages at their disposal to produce detailed structural characteristics prior to product design release. In the product design process, we progress to SLA and SLS models, with the ability to fast track development tools and offer rapid modeling. Coupled with support from the largest material suppliers of plastic in the world, RGE has the capability to analyse all elements of a product design before prototyping stage and can accurately predict component design before sign-off.
