Prepare chronological resume
A chronology with page references is prepared, again in line with the instructing solicitors precise requirements. The chronology can be as brief as a Timeline of Events or a full detail, verbatim report of the pertinent entries in the medical records bundle. The aim of the chronology is to highlight the salient points, the strengths and any weaknesses of each case.
