The sorted medical records bundle with the chronology and all reports prepared are scanned, encrypted to military standard and provided to the instructing solicitor electronically. A hard copy of the records is also returned in smart, high quality lever files with a five year guarantee. The electronic copy can only be opened by persons granted authority to view them.
