Fighting Fit Martial Arts was established in 1983. We teach Self Protection for all ages Male & Female. All of our classes are designed to increase Fitness and build Confidence. We are a Family run Club teaching in a relaxed atmosphere gaining fantastic results. We include the best techniques from many styles to make our system as effective as it is. At Tollgate School on Monday's & Wednesday's from 5pm-7pm we have 2 Children classes, 1 Adult Tae Kwon Do & 1 Adult Kickboxing class.We also run private sessions and specific Self Defence courses.We also teach 2 Children classes at Norwich Road School, Thetford on Thursday's from 5.30pm.
