How we advertise
We have access to a network of 170 recruitment websites (general & niche 'job boards') including Total Jobs, My Job Group, CV Library, Career Builder and many, many more! When choosing to work with the Job Boards, direct, it's down to you, the client, to post your own vacancies, amend your own advertisements, review all applications in order to find the suitable candidates and also responding to unsuccessful applicants. At One Click Recruitment, we do all of the above on your behalf! As previously mentioned, we also advertise your vacancies on several of the most relevant job boards in order tomaximise candidate reachand give you the best possible chance of filling the position. Our advertising methods ensures we don't miss any potential candidates for those 'hard to fill' roles and due to scale of economy, it would probably cost you less for more, so-to-speak. All applications are sent to you via our admin team who conductrigorous quality checks in order to ensure all referred CV's/applicants have the relevant experience/qualifications, required for the role. Finally, If we're unable to fill your vacancy within 30 days, we will advertise the position for a further 30 days or dependent on the type of job / length of contract, we will evenguarantee to advertise until the vacancy is filled.
