I guide women and their families with the tools and education to plan and prepare for their labour and birth. I offer support and caring guidance that will lead them to feel empowered throughout and leading up to this incredibly powerful life experience. Being fully qualified and affiliated to the world renowned Mongan Method from the HypnoBirthing Institute, allows me to successfully deliver this time and time again........ I also offer natural Fertility classes which allow the parents to reconnect back to their relationship and basic needs; as a heightened focus on conceiving will raise cortisol levels thus inhibiting the body's natural processes. The courses are held on a weekly basis at the weekend, five classes in total lasting approximately 2.5 hours. My venue is Shearsby Village Hall but I also have the option to use a workshop in Leicester City Centre if that is more suitable to the attendees. For HypnoBirthing, to be attended by the Mum from 22 weeks pregnancy who may wish to be accompanied by her intended birthing partner. Or with regard to Fertility classes, if the parents are looking to conceive naturally then the sooner they attend the classes the more beneficial it will be or if they are attending IVF treatments it would be beneficial to finish a course of classes prior to the next treatment. The courses are bursting at the seams with information, techniques, visuals, demonstrations, handouts and a book plus CD to take home (with the exception of HB Fertility as there is no book included). At the end of the course parents are feeling confident, relaxed with their decisions.
