Active Energy Assessors are Low Carbon building consultants and provide a range of building energy audit and building regulations compliance services.We work with builders, architects and developers from design stage through to completion on low carbon building projects where energy efficiency is a key factor. We deliver Code for Sustainable Homes strategy and assessment, EPCs, DECs, SAP calculations and SBEM calculations for homes and commercial property. If you are building a highly glazed extension Building Control will usually want SAP calculations to demonstrate that the energy performance of your proposed orangery or un-separated conservatory is acceptable - we can provide you with calculations and support to achieve compliance.
