About Problast - Dustless Blasting
Pro-Blast caters for a variety of service areas that require dustless blasting methods, including Architectural, Domestic, Marine, Automotive, Commercial and Industrial. Our team can remove Graffiti, provide surface restoration and preparation, and offer a number of hard to soft cleaning options that will remove even the most stubborn artifacts. Incorporating advanced blasting methods like wet abrasive, high-pressure steam, dry ice, soda blasting, pure vacuum steam, and cold pressure jet offers a range of benefits. These techniques ensure sustainability with environmentally friendly materials, minimize dust for a cleaner work environment, and enhance efficiency in paint removal and surface preparation, contributing to long-term cost-effectiveness. Their versatility across industries and ability to achieve superior surface finish quality demonstrate a commitment to both eco-friendly practices and operational efficiency in various industrial applications.
Architectural Services
Dustless Blasting has transformed the architectural industry, offering a cleaner, safer and more efficient approach to surface preparation. Architects appreciate its use of water to suppress dust, ensuring precise results without compromising other nearby structures and keeping mess to a minimum. This process is particularly valuable for restoring historical buildings and sculptures, where it gently removes grime and paint while preserving delicate architectural details that can be otherwise lost with conventional cleaning and blasting methods.
Marine Services
We offer a wide range of Marine based services, to suit many different types and styles of boat, right the way through to maintenance of docks and seawalls. If you are a boat owner, looking to protect your boat, we can tune and refine the level of abrasiveness and harshness of the blasting, whilst also selecting the perfect media for the job. Taking delicate care of anti-fouling, removing and stripping coats of paint for maintenance, and deep cleaning the bottoms of boats comprised from wood, metal or any other substance.
Industrial Services
For factories and industrial sectors, we’ve found Dustless Blasting to be most useful when cleaning and maintaining industrial equipment, pipelines and storage tanks. It removes Corrosion, coatings and contaminants. Extending the lifespan of critical assets. Machinery involved in industrial services often end up covered in contaminants, rust or suffer from requiring stripping and repainting due to damage. We’re able to clean and prepare machinery, equipment and industrial surfaces for maintenance, repairs or repainting. Dustless Blasting is especially useful for preparing metals and structures for their initial painting after fabrication. Often a level of rust builds on the outside of the fresh metal, and deep penetrating rust removal is required to re-prepare the metal. Dustless Blasting offers a quicker, cleaner and more eco-friendly solution to Shot Blasting.

Driveway Cleaning
I recently used Pro-blast to try a more eco-friendly approach to having our block paving drive cleaned and thought I would share my experience. The overall result was very impressive and more thorough than a power wash. The process using a steam vacuum clean is faster and creates less mess. We have a large driveway surrounded by multiple trees which creates a big build-up of moss and weeds. The area hadn't been cleaned for a few years and by the time Pro-blast had finished it literally looked as if it was a brand new drive. Besides the quality of the cleaning, I was also really impressed with the team carrying out the work. They explained the process thoroughly, provided good communication and worked really hard to complete the job in approximately half a day. The drive and house were left immaculate with no mud splashes on the house that you often get with power washing. I would not hesitate to use these guys again and would thoroughly recommend you give them a try if you want your
Driveway Clean
Thanks for the excellent driveway clean! Our drive, front path, outside wall and back garden paving was in a rather sad state. We have tried doing it ourselves with our own pressure washer which does not get results anywhere near what these guys achieved with their equipment and hard work (They explained the machine is not only very high pressure but heated to very high temps too). All the bricks have been brought back to life and look new again. Professional, tidy and very thorough I highly recommend. Will be in touch soon for the decking too when the weather is better!! Many thanks again, highly recommend
Slipway Cleaning
A Professional team who went beyond the brief working hard for two days jet washing our slipway at Shoreham Sailing Club. It’s now weed free and safe for people to use.
