Fully Managed Divorce for £500 + VAT and Court fees.
Our fully managed Divorce service is for clients who don't want to deal themselves with completing the necessary Court paperwork or take time out of their busy schedules to correspond with the Court or their spouse. It includes all correspondence and the preparation and filing of all paperwork necessary to conclude the Divorce process. The Court fees of £385 are in addition to the fixed fee of £500 + VAT and the service does not include any correspondence or advice relating to any marital finance settlement or issues concerning children or the negotiation of such matters.
