Vauxhall Astra Automatic
As a first time buyer I was naturally anxious about dealing with pushy salesmen fobbing me off with rundown bangers as they could sense my inexperience a mile away. I'd almost given up hope when I came across chevron cars. The website stood out, each car had pictures aswell as it's own video so you could see right around and inside out. From beginning to end my experience with Peter and Tony was outstanding, answering any questions or worries I had, nothing was too much. On arriving at the premises I was was put at ease immediately,greeted by a father and son team who let me take my time, explaining anything I didn't quite understand. you can tell they are devoted to their jobs, and not just out to line their pockets, wanting to give their customers the best experience possible. The car was immaculate having the wow factor. I never felt pushed into buying or rushed. I cannot thank them enough and if ever I need a car in the future this is the only place I will go to. Having read the reviews to this garage I decided to drive over 4 hours to purchase a car from them. I paid a holding fee and drove up a few weeks later, there was no pressure to purchase. I test drove the car and loved it, transferred the balance, paid for extended warranty as the tax was being done online as I confirmed insurance. These chaps were outstanding all the way through this purchase would I buy from this garage again...YES is the answer. Outstanding service.

Went to look at ford focus as me and my wife needed a family car very pleased with the buying experience,we agreed to pick car up the following week after the focus came back from garage for some maintaince work was over the moon when we picked car up.On the same day the engine light came on contacted seller who aplogised and offered to get the problem fixed,this did take some time to get sorted but eventually we got there car was deliverd back with choclates as an apolgy for the inconvience.I am very pleased with the car and know that everything was done to get me back on road asap i would definetley recommend buying from cheveron cars and i would buy from them again as they was very pleasant and honest.

From start to finish Chevron Cars and in particular Peter were an absolute pleasure to deal with, I bought the car long distance, Peter give me a detailed discription of the car and emailed a personalised video, delivery to North East of Scotland was arranged promptly and at a very reasonable price, car looked even better than described/than the photos showed, when I am ready for my next car will definitely be giving Peter a call

We travelled to Hull to view a BMW X3. When we arrived the car gleamed, we had a long chat with the lovely father and son Peter and Tony who run this business and decided to buy the car. We traded in our VW Tiguan & was told they would be in touch as soon as our new car was ready. Two days later it had a full MOT so we agreed to swap over the cars that weekend. When we arrived the second time, our new car was finished to show room perfection & after an easy & pleasant swap over of documents, arranging new tax etc we took our new car home. Once home I realised I had left some pound coins and change in a little compartment & not only did they refund me a months tax that they had inadvertently overlooked swapping over, they included my hidden money. Now that is what I call absolutely FIRST CLASS customer service which in this day and age is sadly lacking. If you are looking for a nice car try them - we couldn't fault them at all
Mercedes A-Class
This is without doubt the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I have dealt with big dealerships in the past as well as smaller dealers but never have I felt that doing the right thing for me was more important than the sale to them. A father / son run business with genuine concern for their customers. All minor imperfections on the car were corrected and the best valet I have seen on a car on delivery. Due to the snow. As unable to reach the garage myself to collect, so they delivered to me! Car has run beautifully and I couldn't be more happy with both the vehicle and the service.
