We are a family owned public house and bed and breakfast with over 19 years experience. We offer a choice or real ales and quality beverages and our Guinness is known to be the best around!!The whole pub has undergone a huge renovation and we now have 5 en suite bedrooms of a high standard. However, we have not lost the charm or character of the building as we have restored many of the original features.We have home cooked food and have always tried to use as much local produce as possible, for example, celtic pride beef and pork is used for all our steaks, pork chops and sunday lunches.Also, we are just starting to grow our own salad and hopefully by next year we will have added more fruit and veg from our garden to the menu. Our large function room is available for up to 100 guests and we cater for all occasions. -Opening hours are 11-late every day and food served until 21.30 -Sunday lunch available booking is advisable but not necessary
