We first came across Eden & Maguire construction when receiving quotes for some modifications to the ground floor of our property. These modifications were to improve access for our disabled son and to give him an accessible bedroom and bathroom downstairs. These works were funded through a grant from Warrington Borough Council. Throughout the construction period we found Rob and his team easy to deal with. They were aware of our needs and always willing to listen to our questions and answer any concerns we had. A few minor problems along the way were dealt with promptly and without fuss. The other staff employed on the job (labourers, brick-layers and later the trades) were also polite and hard-working. The work was completed just about on schedule and the (relatively minor) snags were resolved in a timely fashion. We were very pleased with the result of these works to the extent that we entered into a private contract with Eden & Maguire for some modifications to our house

After getting good reviews from two set of friends who had used Eden & Maguire for major building projects in their homes, we commissioned them to convert our back bedroom into a bathroom. It was complex and fiddly job but they did a superb job and we are very happy with the result and the value for money we received relative to the project cost.
