All 4 were let within 3 weeks of the reduction. The remaining 4 who refused to reduce still have not let thei properties 8 weeks on.Francis Payne of Tailor Made Lettings says "people need to be realistic as competition is fierce and many people seem to think that dropping rent by 15% is negligible but they need to be aware that a reduction of even £50 per month will bring more people to look at the property because it will fall into a wider search on the world wide web and a simple fact is the lower it s the more people are out there looking.
