Tailor Made lettings in Poole report record level of rental business in and around Sandbanks area. Those in rentals are renewing and staying put. There is a demand for more rentals in and around Poole however Landlords need to be competative as the prospective applicants are now shopping around a lot more. Tired homes stay empty and those that are polished and presented in good order with sensible rents are flying out the door. Jamie Roll of Tailor Made´s Poole town centre office reports that corporate demand has increased around the town centre. Rolls says "Poole´s office belt is on our door step and the big corporates are finding it cheaper to base and employ staff in Poole as opposed to London and other cities"Also those that have managed to sell are going into rented. 3 properties were let in January over 5000 per month and these were people moving out of London.
