Biltong is a cured meat snack. It takes 7-10 days to produce and is made from local beef Isle of Wight or Hampshire beef.Biltong is a 99% beef product therefore it is high in protein which  makes it a great snack for customers on the Atkins or South Beach Diet. We trim off the fat to produce a lean product and use top quality spices including Maldon Sea Salt.
