Isle of Wight Biltong
Nick and Sarah Greeff hand make biltong on the Isle of Wight. Nick is from Zimbabwe and Sarah grew up on the island. They have spent the last 8 years working together in Zambia and Zimbabwe, returning to the UK in December 2010. We can make biltong in any flavour or any quantity and are looking forward to supplying delis and farm shops on the island as well as direct sales at many of the Islands wonderful festivals and shows.
