ChangeStart offers powerful, high energy Reiki treatments for both people and animals. In 1996 I discovered Reiki and started my training. Around this time I also began a journey through many personal challenges, including relationship breakdown, financial difficilties, unemployment, health problems and bereavement. I completed my Reiki training in 2004 when I became a Reiki Master and I have been using Reiki in various areas of my working life ever since. ChangeStart has been created as, unlike many other practitioners, I have the benefit of theoretical knowledge, counselling and coaching skills and lessons from the University of Life! Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for "Universal Life Energy" and is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes natural healing. It can be a hands on or off therapy making it perfect for any situation. Reiki at ChangeStart is therefore also suitable for animals who can enjoy all of the same benefits from a Reiki treatment. Re
