The aim of the association is to strive towards the physical and mental progression of the self. We are a diverse organisation, offering expert tuition in the fields of security, physical fitness and nutrition, as well as a variety of combative martial art disciplines. Our instructors are available for personal and group seminars, lectures, consultations, and demonstrations. Teaching Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do, and related martial arts Scimitar teach real combat for todays street environment. All levels of experience are welcome but due to the combative nature of the art we ask all students are 16+. Chief Instructor Carl Lewis is honoured by being authorised to teach Jeet Kune do by no less than 3 original students of the late great Bruce Lee, Larry Hartsell, Bob Bremer, Jim Sewell and Tim Tackett who is described as "the most knowledgeable Jeet Kune do instructer"
