Scimitar Martial arts have been teaching the highest Level of martial arts training for over 30 years. Teaching both JKD concepts and Old School JKD one of the few instructors in the UK to be authorised to teach both types of Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do. Jeet Kune Do is the Martial art developed by Bruce Lee over 40 years ago. the art was designed to be specific to the individual and not all size fits all approach to fighting or instruction. Bruce's famous quote "Absorb what is useful, discard what is useless and add what is specifically your own" We also take on board Bruce's own personal journey in fitness and preparing the martial artist for the practice of the art with fitness and physical conditioning.
