HNC was founded by Paul Holmes 2009, as a Sole Trader providing commercial, domestic, electrical and air conditioning maintenance repairs and servicing. As HNC's client base grew, Paul made the decision to expand the business; entering into the growing market of commercial extract and ventilation systems. Upon this expansion, HNC became Holmes Air-Conditioning & Electrical Services Ltd whereby Abu Kamara a longstanding friend and former work colleague joined the company as a Director, working alongside Paul. Bringing together over 30 years experience between them in the HVAC industry.
