Pilates Classes in Malvern and Hereford. Group Mat Classes, One to Ones, Pre and Post Natal Pilates Classes. Classes are small and can be booked in blocks of 8 weeks. Mat classes are £64 for 8 weeks in Malvern and £48 in Burley Gate. I teach at the Fold, Bransford and The Fitness Space in Malvern, Burley Gate and Hereford surrounds. Pilates is a great form of exercise for any one new to exercise or recently recovering from an injury. My classes are small and I recommend a one to one if you have been referred by a Medical Professional. Mother and Baby classes are suitable for new Mums after they have had their 6 week check with their GP and signed off to exercise. Classes are held at The Fitness Space Malvern.
