The company is managed by Paul Riley who has over 35 year's experience in the building industry, with the last twenty of those being in various management roles as a Site Manager, Project Manager, Contracts and Build Manager who is also a Member of The Association Of Project Managers. We can provide project management services to individuals building or renovating their own home throughout Cornwall. Using A Project Manager avoids the usual Client/Contractor conflict where the Client wants to minimise cost and the contractor wants to maximise profit. Our professional, collaborative management style promotes effective working relationships between all parties or running the build without using a builder and working directly with the client.
