Self Build Project Management
Aston CPM can manage your self build for you with as much or as little input as you need. Many self builds will go over budget for generally the same reason.... the budget is not big enough for the project you want to achieve. If you tell your Architect exactly what you want but not tell them the budget, then you will probably go over budget from day one, be realistic from the beginning and know all your costs, or as close as you can before you start and you'll be well on your way to creating the home you want for the money you have.
