I was born in Edinburgh and taught to play bagpipes when I was a young boy, by my father and his uncle. Later, I was sent to Edinburgh Castle for advanced tuition in the finer arts of playing bagpipe music. I became a professional at age 14 and since then I have played all over the world to some of the largest audiences there are. The haunting sounds of the bagpipes can make you feel happy and sad. They can stir the blood and they can make a wedding day super romantic and a funeral so sad. I have a very large repertoire and can accommodate most musical requests although, modern pop tunes do not fit in very well. I will have the type of music and tunes you are after whether it is your wedding or a funeral. I have been hired to play bagpipes all over the UK but, now I am just concentrating on confining myself to playing in Wales
