Ribs'n'Bibs was born in late 2012, out of a true passion for real American cooking - the cooking styles and authentic tastes that you could only actually experience when you have been across the Pond for yourself. American Smokehouses are rapidly becoming a 'dine out' staple in many UK Cities and Towns, and as with BBQ at home, they seem to just get better with age! It has already been quite a journey for us as Lincoln's original Smokehouse, and we are immensely proud of what we do and the 'Q' we serve; passion that is evident from all of our Pit Crew that work and have worked here at Ribs'n'Bibs - we owe it's success to them. Since opening owners Adam and Charles have continued and will continue to explore America - often taking members of the Smokehouse Team with them - with trips to Memphis TN, Charlotte NC and most recently Austin TX all done to date.
