Waxed Cheeses
The 200gm cheeses below are made from a medium mature 'cheddar' from Lockerbie. The cheese is blended with the various ingredients to create the different varieties. The 200gm 'truckles' are then hand dipped in wax three times which ensures that all the flavour remains 'locked in'.The cheeses will keep fresh for at least 4 months when refrigerated.Add £1.50 to the prices shown if ordering via mail order.
