An experienced home surveyor near York & Selby, in practise for over 30 years independent of Estate Agents & Lenders. I undertake Residential Building Surveys, particularly of old houses, RICS Home Buyer Reports, Valuations. As a specialist in period buildings, I offer advice on the traditional repair & maintenance of historic buildings, including Single Defect Reports, such as Damp diagnosis, plus Statements of Significance and Annual or 5 yearly Maintenance Reports to house owners. I undertake Building Surveys & Home Buyer Reports across North & East Yorkshire.
