Heritage Statements
Under Planning Policy Statement 5, local Planning Departments now invariably require Heritage Statements or Heritage Impact Assessments prior to the consideration of a Planning application for an alteration to a Listed Building, demolition/redevelopment within Conservation Areas or even redevelopment of non-heritage assets outside Conservation Areas. David Rawlins Ltd are now able to offer clients a Heritage Statement / Statement of Significance that can be submitted with the Planning application.
