We started making ice cream at our dairy in Brigsley back in 1936.We have used the same original recipe for our ice cream except in World War II when we had to substitute cows milk for goats milk which I am told gave a slightly sour taste.Over the last few years we have added ice cream vans which allows us to take our product further afield. Why not have one of our vintage ice cream vans at your wedding more details on 01472-825842
