Flat Roof Repairs
The Roofing People offer Flat Roof Repairs in South Kirkby, South Elmsall, Pontefract, Wakefield, Doncaster and throughout South Yorkshire. We have many years of experience in repairing and can repair your Flat Felt Roof in almost any situation. Flat roof repairs centre mostly around felt, which traditionally has a life span of around 12 years before maintenance or repairs are required. Commonly felt roofs can leak for a long time without any visible signs, this can often lead to damaging the structural timbers. There are many joins and seams required for Felt Roofs, pin-pointing the leaking area takes time as water can penetrate a seam in one place on the outside, but leak elsewhere on the inside. Many customers are not aware that there are new more advanced flat roof products available that offer a significantly more robust solution. Rubber or Fiberglass roofs offer a much more permanent solution, here's a little detail explaining why.
