Our solid European oak boards are handmade from one piece of wood. No glue or artificial products are used in the making of them. We rub in two initial coats of Olive oil, to protect the wood and enhance the grain. These substantial boards are functional and attractive. They work as chopping boards and serving platters - used in an appealing way for presenting food at the table. Their simplicity of design emphasizes the quality of the wood.
