Business profile

Welcome to The Zen Den

My name is Niki, and I offer Reflexology and Indian Head Massage from my home treatment room, The Zen Den. I aim to provide a calm and peaceful space where the stresses of everyday life melt away and the mind, body and emotions are encouraged to heal themselves. I look forward to helping clients with their health and wellbeing and enjoy working together to create personalised treatment plans. Whether you're looking to treat yourself to a relaxing treatment, or to help relieve symptoms of illness, we should find something to suit. Reflexology is a complementary therapy that uses the touch of the hands, applied to the feet, to treat the mind, body and emotions. Many people find reflexology helps them to relax and unwind. Relaxation helps to reduce stress which can lead to improved sleep, mood and energy levels, along with a greater sense of wellbeing. Reflexology may also be beneficial for depression, anxiety, headaches/migraines, back pain/sciatic pain, IBS, constipation, PMS, irregular or painful menstruation cycles and menopause. Indian Head Massage is an intensely relaxing massage, to the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, head and face. It creates a feeling of balance and calm to the whole body, whilst targeting those areas most vulnerable to stress and tension. Indian Head massage is based on the ancient system of Ayuveda, and has been practised in India for thousands of years. The Ayuvedic approach to health is the balance of body, mind and spirit, and the promotion of long life. Benefits may include experiencing an elevated mood which can help anxiety and depression, preventing headaches and migraines by releasing built-up tension in the head and neck area and relieving muscle stiffness, renewing and balancing energy levels, promoting better sleep by encouraging the body to relax and much more... To find out more please get in touch, I'd love to hear from you! More information is also available on my website.
