With this philosophy at the heart of every member of our team, it only seemed natural to rebrand and to a fitting name which clearly conveyed our message to the landlords and tenants of Glasgow and Lanarkshire and thus, Happy Lets was launched Having bought, managed and grown our own portfolio of residential properties since 1999, we felt we had a deep understanding of the service landlords and tenants were looking for So, in June 2005, we opened an office in Glasgow's West End, followed 3 years later by the acquisition of The Letting Store in Hamilton in May 2008
