My aim is to provide a holistic approach to health, and find the root cause of any health disorder that you may have. In order to alleviate discomfort, symptoms need to be treated, but they will often continue until the underlying cause is discovered and treated. Thus, my focus is on determining the main problem and trying to resolve it, thus enabling your body to recover its own balance, well-being and health. I am also involved in the Cambridge Institute of Complementary Health (cichealth.org.uk) which provides training in complementary therapies.
