We are no longer purely a reactive service that deals with fires and road traffic accidents; we now attend water rescues, rescues from height and depth, chemical incidents as well as contributing to the UK's national resilience through our Service hosting a variety of nationally provided specialist vehicles We value our Fire and Rescue Service and aim to provide quality services to the community and want to listen to your views about our services Any compliment you wish to make about a service or employee will be passed directly to the staff involved and will feature in our weekly Service Bulletin Each of our 27 Fire Stations has at least one fire engine which enables Firefighters to respond to emergency calls Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service is pleased to hear from our customers when our services are appreciated but we realise that sometimes we get things wrong and people are not happy with what we do
