The elements of the service are; Consultation with client to establish brief and advise on different ways in which this can be fulfilled. Bespoke research, pre-viewing and due diligence reporting on results. Area orientation and escorting the clients to selected properties, reviews and revision of brief if necessary. Carrying out negotiations on behalf of client. Co-ordinating support services on the clients behalf and introducing competent third party suppliers, as necessary leading up to occupation and beyond. It is proven that utilising this service greatly improves the success rate of the relocation with significant time saving in finding the 'right property' and reducing temporary accommodation costs.
