Probate Executor Assistant
Here at Property Assistant we know that when a loved one dies, there can be a great deal of time consuming work to be done, expecially where there is a property involved. That's why we offer professional assistance to executors and trustees to ensure that an estate is settled promptly and efficiently. We can arrange for the property to be kept secure whilst we prepare an inventory of the estate, clear unwanted items, arrange for the storage or shipment of personal items and prepare the property for sale. We recognise that every situation is different therefore our fees are calculated on the complexity of the estate rather than the value.
