Developmental Coaching for Top Directors
Angus McLeod is the first-call coach where very senior executives have dysfunctional behaviours and need to get back on track. Examples include a senior executive in one of the world's top 3 NGOs doing great work with Governments to presidential level internationally but destructive within the organisation. The whole Board brought in AMA to coach the whole Board in order to deal with this individual Director. We took in two coaches with Angus McLeod coaching the individual. Transformative change took place twenty minutes into coaching with follow up to achieve sustained changes.
